This website is not a clinical record system
This site is an informational and scheduling front door, not a place for protected health information. Clinical intake, scheduling, documentation, and any exchange of health information happen inside my HIPAA-compliant practice platform, Sessions Health, which operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement. If you become a client, you will be invited into that secure portal.
Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other sensitive health details in the website contact form or in regular email. A name, an email address, and a sentence about wanting to schedule a consultation is all I need to reach back out. Unencrypted email and a general website form are not secure channels, and I cannot guarantee their confidentiality.
What the contact form collects
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Whatever you choose to write in the message field
That message is stored in a private, access-controlled database that only I can read, and a copy is emailed to me so I can respond. It is used for one purpose: replying to you and scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
How long messages are kept
Contact form submissions are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. If you would like your message deleted sooner, email Brittany@brittanybostickmft.com and I will remove it and confirm.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies at all for visitors — no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no ad network on this site. That means nothing follows you around the internet after you visit, and there is no cookie banner to click through because there is nothing to consent to.
The only data your browser exchanges with this site is what is needed to load and display the pages, plus standard server logs kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability. All fonts and images are served directly from this website’s own hosting — your browser never contacts Google Fonts or any other third-party service while you browse, so no outside company sees your visit.
Your choices
- You can ask me what information I hold about you, and ask me to delete it, at any time.
- You can skip the form entirely and simply email or call to book a consultation.
- Once you are a client, your clinical records are governed by my Notice of Privacy Practices and by HIPAA, not by this page.
